The role involves driving growth, managing large-scale business operations, and building strong strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities: • Lead P&L for the BU with responsibility of 100+ Cr business size. • Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to drive growth in B2B segment. • Identify and expand new business opportunities with institutional clients, distributors, and corporate partners. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to shape business strategies. Key Requirements: • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent. • 12- Bu18 years of experience in pharmaceutical B2B sales & marketing, with proven leadership exposure. • Must be handling a business size of 100+ Cr to 500+ Cr. • Strong track record in P&L management, business expansion, and stakeholder engagement. • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
