This role offers the opportunity to lead underground mining operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and optimize underground mining operations, from development to maintenance. · Manage, train, and develop the underground mining team. · Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation. · Drive safety compliance and risk management initiatives. · Track performance and report on production, safety, and operational goals. Requirements: · 15+ years in underground mining, including 5+ years in a leadership role. · Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field. · Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills. · Fluency in English (spoken and written). · Physically fit to work in an underground mining environment.
