Job Description : HR DIRECTOR PHILIPPINES Serve as a Human Resources leader, Overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Develop job descriptions for all current (and future) roles Stay abreast of HR laws in the Philippines Manage annual 360 Review process and coordinate merit increase process Oversee time cards; submit payroll to CFO for processing Coach and mentor managers Recruit, screen and manage interview process for new employees Manage all admin HR onboarding (paperwork, background checks, training schedule, check ins, etc.) Additional HR related responsibilities as company requires
