Job Description : GM JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA A multi-category player in the consumer goods industry is looking for a seasoned executive to lead their manufacturing and sales operations in the country. looking for a candidate who would have ideally started his career in marketing, progressed to overseeing holistic operations with manufacturing and supply chain reporting into him/her. You would own the development and deployment of business strategy, drive the strategic growth and be accountable for overall performance. Managing stakeholders, you would look at enhancing profitability and creating an organization about sustainable growth. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. Identify new areas and markets for growth. 18+ Years of overall work experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing P&L in the food industry. High preference for candidates who have managed larger regions in Africa
