We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – Sales & Technical to lead our power solutions business. The role will focus on driving sales, delivering tailored technical solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle while strengthening client relationships. ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: ? Develop and execute sales strategies for Diesel, Gas, Thermal, and Solar-based solutions. ? Build and manage a strong pipeline of enquiries and opportunities. ? Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals. ? Conduct market analysis and prepare business plans. ? Prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to client needs. ? Foster strong client, contractor, and consultant relationships. ? Ensure compliance with QA, safety, and environmental standards. ? Oversee schedules, budgets, and MIS reports. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????: ???? Diploma Engineer / B. Tech (preferred). ???? 15 years’ experience with proven sales success. ? Minimum 3 years in generator/energy solutions industry. ???? Experience in DG sets, Gas sets, and Solar power plants (turnkey solutions). ?? Willingness to travel extensively.
