Job Description : finance and administration department manager. based on Addis Ababa, for a big Corporate Manufacturing Company Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Department Manager to lead our administrative and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and providing analytical support to facilitate sound business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and administrative operations Prepare and analyze financial statements Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Provide analytical insights to support business decision-making Lead and manage the Finance and Administration team Qualifications: Strong expertise in financial statements, finance, and accounting Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deliver financial insights Proven experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance Leadership and strong organizational capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
