Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER CAMEROON As a Plant Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supervise all industrial operations: Production, maintenance, quality, safety and logistics. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO, local regulations). Optimize industrial processes to achieve performance objectives: costs, deadlines, productivity, efficiency Manage continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen) and the implementation of digital tools (ERP) Participate in the site strategy in collaboration with regional or central management Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure to reduce breakdowns and ensure equipment reliability and longevity Supervise and train technical teams (maintenance, machine operators, technicians) The Successful Applicant Engineering degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience as a Factory Manager in an FMCG or agri-food sector, ideally in Africa You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the management of an agri-food production unit Perfect command of French and English is mandatory Position based in Douala, Cameroon
