Job Description : General Manager – Cosmetics ???? Location: Central Africa ???? Industry: Cosmetics / Beverages We are hiring an experienced GM to lead the operations of our new cosmetics manufacturing plant in DRC. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in factory management within the cosmetics industry, with a strong grasp of production, procurement, quality control, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all factory operations • Drive productivity, quality, and safety standards • Develop strategies for efficiency and growth • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance • Ensure compliance with industry standards & regulations • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and customer service Requirements: ? 10+ years’ experience in cosmetics manufacturing ? Strong leadership & operational skills ? French/ Lingala/ Swahili language skills – a plus ? Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
