About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across complex, multi-site EPC and High-level projects. This role demands deep expertise in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and contract strategy—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of materials and services. ???? Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with project timelines and business goals Lead procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract negotiations for high-value packages Oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory control across domestic and international sites Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow Mitigate risks through robust supplier performance monitoring and contingency planning Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards Drive digital transformation and process optimization across supply chain functions Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of supply chain professionals ????? Required Skills & Qualifications Proven leadership in supply chain management within Energy, Construction, Oil & Gas, or EPC sectors Strong understanding of project-based procurement, global sourcing, and contract law Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Certifications such as CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus ????
