Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR UAE We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of a diversified group of companies with multi-location presence. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in fund management, cash flow optimization, and financial governance, ensuring sustainable growth and compliance across group entities. Key Responsibilities Group Finance Leadership: Oversee consolidated financials, intercompany transactions, and performance across multiple subsidiaries and locations. Fund & Treasury Management: Manage banking relationships, optimize working capital, and oversee fund allocation, hedging, and investment strategies. Cash Flow Oversight: Ensure robust cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting to support business operations and expansion plans. Strategic Financial Planning: Develop budgets, financial models, and long-term strategies aligned with group objectives. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IFRS, statutory regulations, and internal policies across all jurisdictions. Risk Management: Implement internal controls, audit systems, and financial risk frameworks to safeguard assets and resources. Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial insights and recommendations to the Board/Group CEO, supporting strategic decision-making. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed finance team, driving operational excellence and accountability. Requirements Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA qualification preferred. 12–18 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in multi-location operations, fund management, and group holding company structures. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, investment strategies, and treasury management. Experience in ERP systems, consolidation tools, and financial analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Prior experience in GCC / Africa markets. Exposure to construction, trading, real estate, or diversified group sectors. Track record in supporting business growth, M&A, or large-scale expansion initiatives.
