Job Description : Group CFO – UAE UAE for retail: AED 50,000 – 60,000 per month (all-inclusive) Job Summary: Resource Logistics, a leading retail group with operations across the GCC, is seeking a Group CFO to lead its finance function. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, drive fundraising and investor relations, and manage multi-country finance operations to support sustainable growth. Job Description / Key Responsibilities: Lead the group’s financial strategy and planning across the GCC Oversee multi-country finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance Drive fundraising initiatives and manage investor relations Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth Ensure financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all entities Mentor and develop finance teams to strengthen organizational capabilities Requirements: 15+ years of finance leadership experience Strong retail industry background Proven expertise in fundraising and investor relations Experience managing multi-country finance operations across the GCC
