Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE HR DUBAI A conglomerate with significant market presence in the MENA region. Your Role: You would be a "guru" in stakeholder management, as you would manage over 8 department heads and partner their vertical. Driving change management, organizational design, planning for people, impact. Managing on boarding, exits, capability development for each function. Working with internal teams to ensure that talent acquisition KPIs are being met for each functional vertical. You would need to coach, advice senior managers to plan effectively and manage the successful implementation of the organization's HR strategy to ensure that capacity, the capability is in alignment for current and future needs. Must-Have: 12+ Years of overall work experience with at least 3 years of work experience in managing corporate HR, multiple stakeholder management and regional exposure. Fluency in Arabic and French would be preferred
