Job Description : PROCUREMENT HEAD DUBAI a leading regional player in food commodities to build their procurement hub in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how has deep experience in procurement and trading in grains and animal feed . What you’ll do: You’ll take charge of sourcing wheat, rice, corn and other key grains from international markets like the Black Sea, India and Southeast Asia. You’ll negotiate supply contracts, manage suppliers, oversee shipping and customs, and ensure goods flow smoothly into GCC and Iraq. You’ll set up the procurement function in Dubai, build a team around you, and work closely with finance and logistics to manage risk and working capital. What we’re looking for: We need someone with 15+ years in grains or agri-commodity procurement, ideally with both GCC and Iraq execution experience. You know the supplier landscape, understand trade finance and contracts, and can solve shipping challenges before they become costly. You’ve led teams before and can bring structure, but you also thrive in a commercial, fast-moving environment.
