Country Manager

Job Description : Country Manager – French West Africa. Location:- French West Africa | Site: Ind-Swift Limited (GBU) – 100% EOU (OSD Formulation Site) We are looking for a dynamic and experience sales & marketing Professional to join our International Marketing Department with a strong focus on the French West Africa region. ? Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: B.Pharma/MBA Experience: 10–15 years in pharmaceutical International sales & marketing with proven exposure to FWA markets. ???? Key Responsibilities: 1.Provide strategic direction to the sales & marketing team for achieving business objectives. 2.Implement approved promotional plans through Medical Representatives to meet set targets. 3.Build 1) strong relationships with MOH / NDA, Tender Authorities, and KOLs while ensuring compliance with regulations and local laws. 4.Oversee financial functions, ensure robust controls, and manage timely payments. 5.Deliver accurate sales forecasts, monitor shipments, and ensure uninterrupted stock supply. 7.Coordinate with medical & regulatory departments for product registrations and amendments. 8.Track market trends and competitor activities to strengthen strategic decision-making. 9.Manage third-party operations in alignment with business goals. 10.Identify tender opportunities and ensure inclusion of company products in key formularies. 12.Serve as liaison between regional distributors and Customer Service Department. 13.Ensure strict adherence to promotion and marketing strategies. 14.Achieve primary & secondary sales along with headquarters’ field targets. 15.Manage budgeting and forecasting in dynamic and challenging markets.
