Job Description : Head of Finance Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving performance, efficiency, and growth? We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounts function at our Angola Business Unit. ???? Location: Luanda, Angola ???? Reporting: Group Financial Head (Dubai, UAE) & BU Head About the Role As Head of Finance, you will lead financial planning, risk management, compliance, and treasury while driving innovation and efficiency in systems and processes. You’ll partner closely with Group leadership to shape strategy, improve performance, and build a strong finance function at the BU level. Key Responsibilities:- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and MIS reporting. Manage working capital, treasury, risk, and credit control. Ensure IFRS, tax, audit, and statutory compliance. Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and ERP (SAP) processes. Develop SBU-level financial performance analysis and cost structures. Mentor and build high-performing Finance & Accounts teams. Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant / CPA / equivalent qualification. 20+ years of finance leadership experience (senior-level). Stron knowledge of FP&A, risk management, treasury, and corporate accounting. Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP). International / Africa market experience is a plus. Why Join Us? ?
