Job Description : Logistics Manager – Manufacturing ???? Location: Mali Are you a logistics and supply chain expert with a passion for operational excellence in the manufacturing sector? We’re looking for a Logistics Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead and optimize our entire logistics and distribution network at our manufacturing facility in Mali. This is a key leadership role where you’ll manage the flow of materials and products across borders, implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure compliance with global logistics standards. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and finished goods • Manage import/export processes, customs, and international shipping • Optimize inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock planning • Negotiate with freight forwarders, transporters, and vendors for best rates • Implement and manage ERP/logistics systems for performance monitoring • Lead and develop high-performing logistics teams • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards ???? What You’ll Need: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 15+ years of logistics/supply chain experience in manufacturing • Deep knowledge of international logistics, customs, and ERP systems • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills • Experience managing diverse teams in dynamic environments • Willingness to relocate to Mali and take on a strategic leadership role
