Finance Manager

Job Description : Role: Finance Manager ? Lead end-to-end finance & accounts, ensuring compliance and financial health ? Manage working capital, cash flow, and banking relationships ? Drive costing, budgeting, and MIS reporting for business decision-making ? Ensure timely tax filings, statutory compliance, and audit coordination ? Develop SOPs, strengthen internal controls, and streamline finance processes ? Oversee commercial operations and inventory management What We’re Looking For: ?? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance ?? Professional qualification: ACCA / CIMA / CA (mandatory) ?? 8+ years’ experience in the manufacturing sector (incl. 2+ years in a managerial role) ?? Hands-on with ERP systems (Lighthouse ERP preferred) ?? Strong leadership, integrity, and ability to perform under pressure
