Job Description : Technical Head – Manufacturing ???? Location: Mali Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader ready for your next big challenge? We’re looking for an experienced Technical Head to lead operations at our manufacturing facility in Mali. This is a strategic leadership role for someone with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and project implementation. You’ll oversee the entire plant, drive operational excellence, and lead large-scale projects including facility expansions and technology upgrades. ????? Key Responsibilities: • Lead production, maintenance, and quality operations across the plant • Execute end-to-end project implementation – from new line setups to facility upgrades • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with international safety, quality, and environmental standards • Manage and mentor diverse technical teams • Collaborate with leadership on innovation and long-term growth strategies ? What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering • 15+ years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in leadership • Proven track record in project execution and process optimization • Expertise in lean methodologies and operational excellence • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills • Willingness to relocate to Mali and thrive in a multicultural environment ????
