Job Description : PALM OIL REFINERY MANAGER DRC Manage refinery operations (refining, fractionation, packaging) Ensure smooth running of plant equipment Lead team & monitor performance Drive efficiency, yield & quality (ISO, HACCP, FSSC) Ensure HSE compliance, budgets & process improvements Required Candidate profile Mechanical Engineer 8-12 yrs in palm/edible oil refinery Palm Oil Plant & process operations experience Fluent in English (French a plus) Age max 40 Strong in maintenance, quality & team leadership
