Job Description : Group Controller Location: Dubai My client is currently looking recruit a Group Controller to lead financial operations across a multi-entity business in the UAE and KSA. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll ensure strong governance, accurate reporting, and actionable insights that drive growth and performance. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance across various entities, including payroll, AP/AR, treasury, taxation, and multi-currency cash management. Reporting & Analysis: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing clear insights to support senior decision-making. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead planning and forecasting cycles, aligning resources with strategic growth objectives. Manage VAT, corporate tax (UAE), zakat (KSA), regulatory filings, and audits across both jurisdictions. Develop and mentor a UAE-based junior finance team, embedding professional standards and a culture of continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulators. Provide financial modelling, scenario planning, and board-level reporting to support CEO growth initiatives.
