Job Description : Plant Maintenance Manager Location: DRC / Kinshasa ???? Salary: Up to USD 2,500/month (net) ???? Role Purpose Lead the maintenance operations of the plant, ensuring preventive, corrective, and technical maintenance projects run smoothly. Drive continuous improvement, governance, and cost efficiency while meeting corporate and statutory requirements. ???? Key Responsibilities • Supervise all maintenance operations (equipment, tools, spare parts, schedules, procedures, KPIs, costs). • Implement preventive & corrective maintenance strategies. • Manage large teams (? 50 members) and provide strong leadership. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and operational standards. • Drive innovation, sustainability, and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, Agile, PMP). • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Production & HR. ???? Candidate Profile • Education: Electromechanical/Electrical Engineer (MBA or Master’s in Corporate Management preferred). • Experience: 16+ years in industrial maintenance, with at least 10 years in SMS & Rolling Mill. • International Exposure: African experience highly valued. • Age: ? 45 years. ????? Skills & Attributes • Strong knowledge of latest maintenance standards & process improvements. • Excellent leadership, team management & conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in English (French an added advantage). • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. • High integrity, credibility, and commitment to execution
