Position: Mall Manager ???? Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience working in Congo or Central Africa will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily mall operations ensuring smooth functioning Manage tenant relations, leasing, and occupancy rates Ensure facility management, safety, and security standards are met Drive customer engagement and footfall through events/marketing Budgeting, revenue generation, and cost optimization Lead a team and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements: Graduate/MBA with 8+ years of experience in mall/retail management Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills Experience in Congo or Central Africa region preferred
