Job Description : EXPORT HEAD FMCG OUT OF DUBAI - The candidate should preferably be based out of Dubai. - Must from FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry. - Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Serbia, etc.) to international destinations. - Should have Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, documentation & compliance. - Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions. - Willingness for international travel (Traveling to export markets upon requirement) - Well connected with FMCG buyers. ( FMCG Exports experience required ) - Business Development in Exports from India to other countries, to expand the network of distributors and stockists, primarily South-Asia and Europe. - Currently managing a toppling not less than 5 M$ - Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle - Min 15 years of experience managing market spendings ( trade activations ) and ROI. - Solid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs ( new products developments ), new product launch , JBP ( joint business planning ) , distribution management/KPIs, channel management - Well experienced in budgeting, financials and value chain models - Experience in dealing with GM and director levels. Requirements : - Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Serbia, etc.) to international destinations. - Should have Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, documentation & compliance. - Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions. - Strong leadership, negotiation, pricing strategy & business development skills with willingness for international travel. Well connected with FMCG buyers Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle Traveling to export markets upon requirement Min 12 years of experience in managing distributors across Asia or/and Africa Solid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs ( new products developments ), new product launch , JBP ( joint business planning ) , distribution management/KPIs, channel management Well experienced in developing and implementing export sales strategies Well experienced in budgeting, financials and value chain models Background in working with multi nationalities and culture Organized Results oriented and meeting deadlines Cross functional team work Strong financial planning and analytical skills Problem/issues solver Initiative thinking Working under pressure Communication & influencing skills Advanced level in MS Turning challenges into opportunities Pricing models and strategies Market demand understanding P&L understanding Consumer and in store shoppers insights/trending analysis
