Job Summary The CHRO will lead the human resources function for a fast-moving FMCG and retail organization based in Dubai. This role requires a strategic HR leader with a strong background in FMCG and retail sectors, who has spent the last 5+ years in senior leadership roles driving people strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation. ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Develop and execute HR strategies tailored for FMCG and retail business goals. ???? Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and succession specifically for FMCG and retail functions. ???? Implement performance management, KPIs, and talent reviews to foster a high-performance culture. ???? Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems competitive in FMCG and retail markets. ?? Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. ???? Drive organizational change, cultural transformation, and diversity & inclusion in a multi-cultural environment. ???? Enhance employee engagement and retention for FMCG and retail teams. ???? Oversee HR budgeting, audits, and forecasting. ???? Act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership. ????????? Build and lead a high-impact HR team experienced in FMCG and retail sectors. ???? Deploy HR technology and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making. ???? Qualifications and Experience ???? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. ???? Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles in FMCG and retail businesses. ???? Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and regional HR compliance. ???? Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in multicultural FMCG and retail organizations. ????? Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ????? Experience implementing HRIS and leveraging HR analytics. ???? Demonstrated success leading organizational change and transformation in FMCG and retail contexts.
