Job Description : Head - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Dubai, UAE Compensation: Up to AED 35,000 Our client, a global sustainability-driven conglomerate active across 14 countries, is seeking a Head of FP&A to be based in Dubai, UAE. The role offers: Direct partnership with the CEO & CFO on financial strategy Leadership of FP&A across diverse sectors such as renewable energy, EVs, manufacturing, and infrastructure Multi-country exposure, with Africa experience being a strong advantage Full ownership of forecasting, AOP, and capital allocation frameworks Requirements: CA (recognized by ICAI)/MBA in Finance with proven FP&A & Corporate Finance experience. Proven track record in FMCG / manufacturing (non-banking). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
