Job Description : BUSINESSS HEAD DUBAI The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, overseeing product lifecycle management, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and market penetration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute the business strategy for the electronic products division. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. - Define annual budgets, forecasts, and business goals. - Build and own the P&L for the division. 2. Sales & Marketing Leadership - Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets. - Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans. - Build strong channel/distribution networks and OEM partnerships. 3. Operational & Team Management - Build and manage a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and product. - Align cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and support. - Set clear KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability. 4. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with the leadership team on business priorities and investments. - Present performance reports and strategic plans to the board/management. - Liaise with key clients, partners, and suppliers. Key Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Electrical and MBA from good institute is required - 10-15 years of experience in the electrical equipment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong experience in product strategy, P&L management, and scaling businesses.
