Job Description : Facilities Management Technical Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering excellence? Our client is looking for a Technical Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their FM operations. The role requires: - Lead all technical aspects of Hard & Soft FM services - Drive cost estimation, budgeting, and lifecycle planning - Oversee design inputs, operational readiness, and project handovers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance - Develop technical write-ups & contribute to winning proposals - Lead and supervise service providers to ensure quality & compliance Our client requires: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering (Master’s or FM/PM certifications preferred) - 7–10 years of Facilities Management experience with a focus on Hard FM & lifecycle planning - Strong leadership, financial control, and proposal development expertise - Excellent communication skills and knowledge of industry standards - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (with frequent site travel) - Benefits: Salary circa 40k SAR per month NET + Family package, annual flights, mobile allowance.
