Job Description : nternational sales Manager - Dubai and East Africa Experienced fertilizer business development and Business: Fertilizer (Urea, NPK, CAN, SA, DAP) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our International Sales, Marketing & Distribution efforts in the Fertilizer sector. The initial focus of the role will be that of an Individual Contributor, responsible for driving sales, establishing markets, and laying the foundation for future team expansion. The ideal candidate must have 10–15 years of experience in fertilizer trading across East Africa, South Africa, and Bangladesh, with a proven track record in large-volume handling and supplier networking.
