Key Responsibilities Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sugarcane farming activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all farm functions to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining sustainability and compliance with agricultural regulations. · Farm Operations Management: o Plan and supervise all stages of sugarcane cultivation – land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting. o Monitor crop health and yield, and implement necessary interventions. Oversee and maintain farming equipment and infrastructure ???? What We’re Looking For Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Agri Engineering (preferred) 10-15+ years’ experience in sugarcane farming, with 5+ years in a leadership role People from South Africa, preferred white people Strong technical knowledge (mechanization, irrigation, modern agronomy) Excellent leadership & communication skills ????
