Location: East Africa | Industry: Plastic Moulding / Manufacturing Our client, a leading East African group in metal & plastic packaging, is seeking an accomplished General Manager – Technical & Operations to lead one of their plastic molding units. Key Responsibilities ? Drive production efficiency, quality, and process improvements ? Lead technical troubleshooting, mould/tooling maintenance, and machine optimization ? Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and inventory planning ? Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards ? Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver operational success Requirements ???? Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Plastics Engineering ???? 10–15 years in plastic moulding operations, with 5+ years in leadership ? Strong knowledge of injection/blow moulding processes and plant management ???? Proven track record in improving productivity, efficiency, and workforce performance ????
