This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced professional to lead the technical team and ensure the operational efficiency of a large fleet of commercial vehicles. Responsibilities * Oversee and manage all workshop operations across multiple locations. * Implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and ensure strict compliance with maintenance schedules. * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and manage all related documentation. * Provide technical guidance, mentor the workshop team, and prepare strategic reports for senior management. * Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met. Desired Profile * A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering with in age group of 35-40 years. * At least 10 years of proven experience in fleet or workshop management, with a track record of handling a fleet of 500+ trucks. * Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * A proactive, performance-driven mindset.
