Job Description : Chief Executive Officer Leading Diversified FMCG & Food Manufacturing Group with 20K FTE and sales of $5BN a leading, family-founded conglomerate in the Middle East with deep roots across food manufacturing, consumer goods, agriculture, and distribution. The group has played a pivotal role in shaping regional markets and now seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of transformation, resilience, and growth. with growth across the GCC, Africa and ASIA the company boasts leading brands that defines local cultures and flavours with loyalty. The Role "The CEO" will be responsible for steering a multi-billion-dollar diversified group, balancing its heritage and values with the demands of a modern, competitive FMCG and industrial landscape. Reporting to the Board and shareholders, the CEO will lead the group’s portfolio of businesses through strategic transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, ensuring financial strength, innovation, and stakeholder trust. A core driver in modern tech, digital and transformation along with developing future leaders programmes. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a group-wide strategy focused on resilience, modernization, and profitable growth. Drive transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations to improve efficiency, scale, and competitiveness. Drive brands across Emerging Markets in GCC and ASIA without losing quality and consistency. Lead organizational restructuring, digital adoption, and governance improvements while safeguarding legacy values. Expand the group’s footprint through diversification, M&A, and partnerships regionally and internationally. Build strong relationships with shareholders, regulators, financial institutions, and strategic partners. Inspire a performance-driven culture while maintaining high standards of corporate governance and social responsibility. A seasoned CEO or senior executive with 20+ years of leadership experience in FMCG, food, or industrial sectors. Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex organizations, ideally family-owned or conglomerate structures. Deep expertise in business transformation, restructuring, and operational turnaround. Strong financial acumen with exposure to capital markets, debt management, and M&A. Resilient, pragmatic leader able to navigate challenging markets while delivering long-term value.
