Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER UAE Chief Commercial Officer to lead the transformation and growth of their transport, automotive and retail industry. across all logistics, 3PL, Freight. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in scaling logistics operations, building international trade networks, and implementing digital supply chain innovations. This is a hands-on, strategic role with full P&L accountability and the opportunity to steer a high-growth, multi-sector platform at a critical inflection point. ???? Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute a long-term strategy to grow and diversify the group’s logistics and supply chain services. Expand regional presence across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia, aligning with, automotive, and retail. Identify and lead new investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions. Operational Oversight Manage multi-modal logistics hubs, automotive supply chains, and temperature-controlled distribution networks. Improve operational performance, efficiency, and scalability through technology, digitization, and process automation. Ensure compliance with international logistics regulations, customs, and free zone standards. Innovation & Digitalization Drive adoption of digital freight platforms, WMS/TMS, and AI-based logistics solutions. Introduce end-to-end visibility and data analytics to enhance supply chain agility and cost optimization. Leadership & Culture Build a high-performing, agile leadership team across commercial, operations, and technology functions. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity. ???? Candidate Profile Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, with 5+ years in a CEO/MD or P&L leadership role. Experience leading logistics platforms across automotive and retail. Demonstrated success in scaling logistics operations across emerging markets and free zones. Strong knowledge of global trade, customs, last-mile delivery, and warehousing solutions. Proven ability to lead digital transformation and leverage tech to enhance logistics performance. Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Preferably educated to MBA level or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. ?
