Job Description : Plant Head / Operations Head (Distillery & Beverages Industry) ???? Location: Uganda ???? Industry: Alcohol & Beverages ????????? Experience: 10–15 years in Plant / Operations leadership ???? Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation). Additional certification in Distillation preferred. Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee complete plant operations – Manufacturing, Engineering, QA, Safety, Logistics, Procurement & Finance ? Drive production, sales targets & Annual Operating Plan (AOP) ? Ensure compliance with Excise Laws, UNBS & statutory authorities ? Lead CAPEX projects, process optimization & preventive maintenance ? Build and manage high-performing teams with focus on IR & training ? Maintain government liaison & vendor management for smooth operations
