Must-Have Skills & Experience: ? 15+ years of managerial-level operations experience in a Container vessel / liner , Agency Houses handling container, tanker, bulk, and RoRo. ? Proven leadership & mentoring skills to develop high-performing teams. ? Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with excellent soft skills. ? Strong networking abilities to build and leverage strategic partnerships. ? Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven professional with a go-getter mindset. ? Ability to support beyond routine functions, including market intelligence, opportunity identification, cost-consciousness, and vendor management. ? Proficiency in global computer systems for daily operations. ? Experience in representing the company independently at industry forums and in front of senior management, customers, and parastatal bodies. ? Age Requirement: 35 – 52 years. ???? Preferred (Bonus) Skills: ???? International work exposure. ???? Sales mindset to drive business growth.
