Job Description : Palm Oil Refinery Manager (Mechanical Engineer) Location- Central Africa ???? Experience: 8–12 years in palm/edible oil refinery with strong plant & process operations background (mandatory) ???? Requirements: Mechanical Engineer with Palm oil refinery operations expertise Strong in maintenance, quality & team leadership Fluent in English (French a plus) ???? Key Responsibilities Manage refinery operations – refining, fractionation & packaging Ensure smooth functioning of plant equipment & utilities Lead & supervise teams with performance monitoring Drive efficiency, yield optimization & quality compliance (ISO, HACCP, FSSC) Ensure HSE compliance, budgeting & process improvements Salary Budget- 1500 USD to 2500 USD + Expat Benefits
