Job Description : HR PROJECT MANAGER BIRGINGHAM UK Role is open to International candidates The HR Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile, people-related projects across the business. The role requires a blend of project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strong organisational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with clear communication across all levels of the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Lead and manage a portfolio of HR projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and scope. Own cyclical HR activities end-to-end, maintaining accurate trackers and anticipating milestones well in advance. Act as a trusted point of contact for senior HR stakeholders and external vendors, providing updates and advice. Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders engaged and informed. Facilitate and coordinate high-profile HR meetings, preparing materials, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-up. Monitor project risks and issues, proactively resolving or escalating where required. Use data and analytics to influence decision-making, track project outcomes and inform reporting. Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks and improve HR service delivery. Support additional HR service initiatives and business change projects About you Experience in an HR Shared Service environment, ideally within a large and complex organisation. Strong HR operations background, including managing detailed and complex processes. Demonstrated ability to manage projects within an HR context. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deliverables. Confident communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders. Proven ability to influence, resolve issues and support effective decision-making.
