About the Role We are looking for a strategic Finance Leader to oversee financial management for the Asia business vertical (India, Bangladesh & Singapore). ???? Mandatory: Prior experience in FMCG or Agriculture/Agri Commodity industries. The Finance Controller will: Lead regional finance teams Drive budgeting, planning & reporting Oversee treasury, cash flow & risk management Strengthen internal controls and governance Provide financial insights to support strategic growth ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Financial Planning & Budgeting – Lead annual budgets, forecasts & variance analysis ???? Financial Reporting & Analysis – Deliver timely financials & insights for decision-making ???? Treasury & Working Capital – Manage cash flow, funding strategies & currency risk ???? Internal Controls & Compliance – Strengthen governance, audits & risk management ???? Team Leadership – Build, mentor & develop a high-performing finance team ???? Candidate Profile ? CA-qualified with 12+ years progressive finance leadership experience ? Strong background in FMCG / Agriculture / Commodity Trading (mandatory) ? Expertise in treasury management, SAP/Hyperion, advanced Excel ? Experience across India & APAC markets ? Excellent analytical & communication skills ?
