About the position As Team Lead Finance & Control, you'll lead a team of 7 FTEs and be responsible for the daily management of the finance department within an international context. You'll actively participate in the team of finance professionals, coordinate, and provide reliable management information to ensure the organization remains in control. You'll also initiate and supervise improvement projects focused on process and system optimization and serve as a sparring partner for the Management Team and the board. Your profile HBO/WO education in accounting or finance At least 15 years of relevant work experience, including management experience in business services Experience with corporate structures is an advantage Experience with Elite, Exact Globe+ and/or Power BI is a plus You are a coaching leader with persuasive power
