Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD NETHERLANDS As Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for FarmedVisie's financial foundation. You'll report directly to the CEO. You'll play a key role in further professionalizing the financial organization, structuring reporting, and guiding investment decisions, including (international) acquisitions. You'll work closely with external parties (such as accountants, tax specialists, and administrative offices) and internal stakeholders like the Office Manager and the Head of Product. This role is ideal for an experienced financial professional with a hands-on approach, strategic insight, and an affinity for socially relevant organizations. Tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the entire financial column: accounting, controlling, treasury, tax and compliance Setting up and optimizing financial processes, systems and reporting structures Monthly closing, annual accounts, audit support and cash flow management Budgeting, forecasting and preparing predictive scenario analyses Developing driver-based financial models to support strategy and investments Consolidation and reporting via LucaNet Advising the MT and investors based on financial insights Preparation and support for future acquisitions and integration of new entities Ensuring transparent, reliable and timely financial information Profile Education & experience Completed university education, preferably in Business Economics or Accountancy Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably started at a Big 4 firm Experience in or with private equity environments is an advantage Demonstrable experience with scenario analyses and financial forecasting models Experience with LucaNet or similar consolidation and reporting tools is an advantage Skills & personality Strong analytical skills and financial strategic insight Structured, results-oriented and decisive Strong communication skills at various levels Team-oriented, honest and focused on continuous improvement Solution-oriented and enterprising Affinity with social impact and the healthcare sector Language proficiency Excellent command of the Dutch language is an advantage Good command of English is a must
