These are your tasks In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the financial and operational management of the group, as well as financial management. Your core responsibilities include: Preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and management of the monthly reporting system Coordination of group-wide corporate planning, forecasts and strategic financial plans Responsibility for transfer pricing, taxes and risk management Preparation of precise reports and well-founded decision-making templates for management Ensuring and further developing accounting and valuation guidelines within the Group Control of liquidity, cash and working capital management Implementation of investment controlling and support of our domestic and foreign group companies together with the CFO Management of group-wide projects and active participation in special topics Further development of Group reporting to create transparency and efficiency Professional and disciplinary management of a highly qualified finance and controlling team Your profile You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting. You also have the following qualifications: Several years of experience in managing teams and projects as well as in-depth knowledge of group accounting and controlling German language skills at C1 level and good English skills Analytical and strategic thinking skills paired with strong communication skills Leadership, empathy and decisiveness Ideally, you have extensive experience with SAP and are willing to support the migration to S/4HANA
