The government is doubling down on self-sufficiency. Consumers want fresher, healthier options. But the reality? Supply chains are tested by heat, fragmentation, and water stress. This is not a desk job. It’s a real football field. What You’ll Own: Full P&L. Commercial, ops, supply chain, brand. Modernize distribution, safeguard product integrity, build a future-fit brand. Work across government, farmers, and retail to scale local sourcing and secure last-mile. What You Bring: 15+ years in senior dairy/fresh food leadership Deep operational and commercial fluency in perishable product categories GCC market exposure preferred Ground-up experience navigating transport delays, tight margins, and cold chain hiccups Comfortable with boards and dashboards but even more comfortable walking the factory floor Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred This is not a turnaround. This is a build-forward role. And dairy experience? Not optional. No amount of aspiration will change that :)
