Position: Director of Finance / Financial Controller Lead the finance division with full responsibility for accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and compliance. Provide strategic guidance to ownership and the executive committee on financial performance and cost optimization. Oversee internal controls, audits, reporting standards, and cash flow management in line with international hospitality practices. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring transparency, integrity, and efficiency. ? Requirements 15+ years of progressive finance experience in 5-star luxury hotels or international hotel chains. Proven track record in pre-opening and operational environments. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. International exposure and deep understanding of hotel finance systems (PMS, POS, ERP). ???? Why Join Us?
