Job Description : CFO (Qualified CA) for Central Africa Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant Experience: Min. 20+ Years Age Criteria: Up to 45 to 50 Years Salary: $5K to $7K/-(Negotiable) pm net Expatriate Benefits: Furnished Accommodation, Food/Local Allowances, Utilities, Basic Local Medical Facilities, Transportation, Visa & Ticket Job Description: • Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with overall business goals. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements, MIS, and regulatory reporting. • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to support retail operations. • Lead risk management, compliance, internal controls, and corporate governance. • Analyze business performance, market trends, and provide insights to drive profitability. • Oversee tax planning, audit, and statutory compliance. • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on expansion, new stores rollouts, and investments. • Implement technology-driven financial solutions (ERP, automation) for efficiency. • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to support organizational growth.
