Job Description : QUANTITY SURVEYOR UAE A Tier 1 main contractor based in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for large scale civil packages. The successful candidate will act as the commercial lead, managing all cost and contractual aspects of the project from inception through to completion.. Key Requirements: Lead all commercial functions for assigned civil engineering packages. Manage project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure financial control and profitability. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiation. Prepare, review, and manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence. Provide accurate monthly reporting to senior management on cost and value. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 10–12 years’ experience, with extensive exposure to large-scale civil engineering projects
