Key Responsibilities: -Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. -Provide strategic guidance on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. -Oversee cash flow, investments, and capital allocation. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications : -Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar senior finance leadership role. -Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting standards, and risk management practices. -Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) are preferred.
