This role is responsible for managing large-scale operations across multiple geographies, ensuring business continuity, cost efficiency, compliance, and a world-class workplace experience. The ideal candidate will bring over two decades of proven expertise in managing global facilities, administration, risk management, and large teams in the IT software services industry. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for global administration and facilities operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Oversee facilities management, infrastructure, workplace services, and vendor governance across global locations. Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP), disaster recovery, and risk management initiatives to safeguard people, assets, and operations. Drive budgeting, cost optimization, and operational excellence in facilities and admin functions. Establish and enforce global standards, policies, and processes while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, industry regulations, and local laws. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (IT, HR, Finance, Security) to deliver seamless support and employee experience. Partner with global stakeholders to align strategies and ensure consistent execution across geographies. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team with a strong culture of accountability and service orientation. Qualifications & Experience 20+ years of experience in global administration, facilities management, and risk/compliance functions, preferably in the IT/ITES or technology services industry. Proven track record of managing large headcount operations and geographically distributed teams. Strong expertise in BCP, disaster recovery, and risk management. Demonstrated success in budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization at scale. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, workplace safety, and international standards.
