Job Description : Senior Business Leader FMCG Tech (SFA / Retail Execution) Location: Nigeria & India (rotational 6 months each) Budget: $2500 - $3000 Job Description: We are hiring a Senior Business Leader to drive growth in FMCG Sales Force Automation, Retail Execution, and Distributor Management Systems. The role involves pitching to CXO-level leaders, onboarding new clients, and leading teams across Africa & Asia. Responsibilities: · Lead business growth in SFA / Retail Execution / DMS · Pitch to MDs & CEOs of large FMCG manufacturers · Drive client acquisition and manage key partnerships · Oversee deployments, customer success & revenue growth Desired Candidate Profile: · 12+ years of experience in FMCG-tech or adjacent industries · Strong knowledge of FMCG sales operations (secondary sales, distributor workflows, beat planning, claims) · Proven leadership in scaling teams and driving business growth · Open to international travel (Africa/Asia) · Preference for candidates from companies like (FieldAssist, BeatRoute, 1Channel (Channelplay), SalesDiary, Happisales, FieldEZ, MaxMobility, Ivy Mobility, DeltaSalesApp, eRetail Express, GoFrugal)
