Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER (TOOTHPASTE) for a Large FMCG Manufacturing Company in Nigeria. Personnel with Relevant Experience , namely: 1. Production planning. 2. To achieve targeted production on weekly basis. 3. Review of material status as per plan daily. 4. Machine and manpower plan to meet targeted plan. 5. Safety of workers and environment production. 6. Training of workers (Quality, productivity, efficiency, Hygiene, safety etc). 7. Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) Implementation and review. 8. Critical control points (CCP) monitoring on daily basis. 9. Coordinating with store, purchase dept. for material availability. 10. Audits as per schedule (process, B.S.R, Traceability etc). 11. Planning for total productive maintenance of all mfg and pkg m/c. 12. Reporting to Factory Manager of daily production/breakdowns report. 13. To maintain 100% yield of all products 14. To minimizes the online rejections & increased productivity & Quality of products. Candidate must have atleast a Bsc Degree with 5-8 years of Experience in Similar field.
