Job Description : R&D Manager – Dairy (UHT Milk & Flavored Milk). ???? Location: Angola, Central Africa ???? Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in Dairy. Key Responsibilities ??Lead the development and improvement of UHT milk and flavored milk products. ??Strong knowledge of: UHT processing technologies &Dairy ingredients and formulation. ??Drive innovation through formulation, sensory evaluation, and packaging development. ??Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, QA, supply chain, marketing). ??Conduct trials, optimize processes, and implement cost-effective solutions. ??Monitor market trends and consumer insights to develop competitive products.
